According to Dr Sharib:

"Al-Ba'ith is the One Who raises and helps. He sends prophets for the
guidance of the people. He raises the people from the grave, brings
creation from non-existence into existence and He is the One Who
brings the dead to life on the Day of Resurrection.

To emulate the name we are advised to serve the will of Allah and help
the oppressed and depressed.

Recitation in an appropriate way illumines the heart with knowledge and
wisdom.

Al-Ghazali corrects the view of those who believe that there is nothing
after life until Judgement - he points out that after death we either
experience the joys of heaven or the misery of hell -on the evidence of
the holy Qur'an. He maintains that the resurrection of the body at
Judgement is different from the original creation. To make it clear he
shows how the various stages of development occur in man from infancy
through to maturity, and how each one is substantially different from its
predecessor and cannot be understood by one in an earlier level of
development - just as the stages of development associated with
prophethood and sainthood cannot be comprehended by those who
have not attained to them. The move on from one stage to another is
essentially a death and a resurrection and thus it will be in the final
resurrection which will be like a new creation that is unlike the original
creation. He points out that those who have belief in another stage
beyond their present experience are the happy ones.

Mevlana Jalaluddin Rumi also describes the stages of the development
of man's soul from a mineral, vegetal, animal then human state and
beyond to an angelic state and more. Each being preceded by by a kind
of death to the preceding state. "What have I ever lost by dying?" he
asks.
